At [Everyshop.online], customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take special care in delivering high-quality Shilajit, Desi Ghee, Honey, and Dry Fruits. However, due to the nature of our products (natural and consumable items), our refund and return policy has certain limitations.

1. Returns

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products can only be returned if they are:
  • Damaged during delivery.
  • Incorrect item sent by mistake.
  • Received in a spoiled or unusable condition.
  • To qualify for a return:
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

2. Refunds

  • If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or issue store credit.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • In case of a wrong or damaged product, we can provide a replacement instead of a refund (based on your preference).
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

4. Non-Returnable

  • The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased during a sale or special promotion (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Personalized or custom orders.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
