At [Everyshop.online], customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take special care in delivering high-quality Shilajit, Desi Ghee, Honey, and Dry Fruits. However, due to the nature of our products (natural and consumable items), our refund and return policy has certain limitations.
1. Returns
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Products can only be returned if they are:
- Damaged during delivery.
- Incorrect item sent by mistake.
- Received in a spoiled or unusable condition.
- To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or issue store credit.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- In case of a wrong or damaged product, we can provide a replacement instead of a refund (based on your preference).
- Exchange requests must also be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
4. Non-Returnable
- The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased during a sale or special promotion (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Personalized or custom orders.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
